Have you been interested in trying yoga for some time but not really sure where to even begin? You have heard all over the internet and TV about this strange word “Yoga,” but not sure what to make of all these hyper-enthusiastic people. You see the sparks in your friend’s eyes from their experience in Yoga, but your cat and dog bend better than you do. You’ve heard so much these days about yoga from your friends and acquaintances [all buzzing in your ear] about the incredible results and effects it has had in their physical body and spiritual growth.
Are you troubled by tensions in your body and mind that you can live with, but know you would be happier without? Do you sometimes feel as if you have lost control of what is going on around you and even losing yourself inside of your own thoughts? Are you sometimes even unable to sleep and start to lose your ability to logically reason and rationalize? Do health and lightness of being inevitably escape from your life? Then it is probably not by chance that you ended up on this page by accident…
All this talk about Yoga and its effects on body and mind have planted a seed in your head to try, but there are time discrepancies, or who is the right yoga teacher, or maybe courses you have seen are unreasonably expensive. And then there all these foreign phrases like “Chakras,” “Asana,” and “Pranayama” that seem so mystical and out of reach.

Program of immersion into Yoga
This program is filled with practical examination of the Yoga system, including detailed master classes, with insightful lectures broken down into comprehensible language for all levels.
From the first days we will be fully immersed in our Yogic Studies. The course will begin with introductory lectures focusing on the essence of yoga, its objectives, structure, logic, principles, and its history and development. The course will allow us to see how universal yoga techniques can be used to aid your own personal needs.
The beginning of our Intensive course will immediately start with yoga detoxification process known as Shatkarma.
It is necessary to cleanse the body of toxins and contaminants at different levels before fully immersed in the Yoga practice. The Detox methods are known to be beneficial for our Yoga practice but are not mandatory especially with those suffering from pre-existing medical issues. But these methods are well advised by most Yoga practitioners as the preparatory step to the successful and fruitful Yoga practice. Our school can consult an Ayurvedic specialist and undergo private therapy sessions if requested.
When we begin to understand what Yoga really is and how it works, we will begin to have a foundation in modern Yoga inside the realms of philosophy and physiology.
Our Yogic philosophy will be taught in the traditional fashion as interpreted in India, with reflections from modern perspectives. As a modern man begins to understand these ancient philosophical ideas we can apply their teachings and insights to our daily routine. You will begin to look at familiar things from an unusual angle changing your perception of the world around you. Here we will begin to unfold the curtains of the mystic of yoga!
Physiology and anatomy classes will cover mainly the musculoskeletal system of man, as well as the physiology of the respiratory, circulatory, nervous and endocrine systems of the body. Physiology and anatomy classes will be completely applied to the yoga practice, that is, instead of wasting time on complicated terms and definitions, we will discuss how it is arranged and functions in the body and in relation yoga. Our applied anatomy course will show how to control physiological and mechanical processes in the body, teaching the body how to function correctly and in harmony with its true nature.
At the same time relying upon yogic ideology and understanding of your own body, we will proceed to the study of proper yoga techniques. There are yoga postures "asanas," breathing exercises "pranayama", as well as techniques of mental concentration and harmonization, referred to as "meditation." Each subject is lead by international yoga instructors coming from different perspectives and insights in order to allow your development and lens of Yoga to reach its full potential.
Many techniques will be cross referenced from different angles in order to give a comprehensive explanation of how one is connected with the others, and what goals are pursued. Teachers will give individual recommendation to each student personally about what is most suitable for them and what they may need to avoid in their Yoga practice.
The correct approach to the practice of yoga requires a good understanding of the principles of injury prevention. We will study the principles of correct postures with the body that will protect you from injury and give the correct understanding of aligning the body in the yoga posses. [It may even open your eyes to the causes of long-standing pain or weakness!]
In this introductory course you will have in depth workshops in applied biomechanics, where you be shown the proper alignment of the core yoga poses for achieving the maximum effect. You will notice exactly how the body “becomes alive" and glowing with vibrations, filled with "energy" as a result of correct biomechanical alignment!
This separate work shop will cover the variations of physcial exercises and breathing techniques. You will learn the possible variations of most popular techniques and learn how to choose the most effective and safest variations to enhance the effects of your practice.
In the end, one of our leading instructors in physiology of yoga will give a workshop on working with the breath and voice. Classes will focus on the adjustment of breathing, deepening the autonomous concentration on the breath, muscles development, participating in breathing, primarily including the diaphragm.
