14-days Basic-Intermediate Yoga Intensive in April 2017
Class # 29-i14
$509 … $685
April 3, 2017 - April 16, 2017 (14 days)
This course is a complete solution for yoga practitioners of all levels, e.g. from absolute beginners to long-practicing all-knowing yoga ninjas. This program offers intensive fundamental practicums in Asana, basic Pranayama, Concentration as well as Applied Anatomy & Physiology, core Biomechanics & Kinesiology, Voice & Breath Development, Applied Philosophy, Awareness & Self-exploration (a sort of mystical exploration of yogic psychology) and even more disciplines that make a marvellous yogi. Taught by 8 renown yoga teachers (and some more occasional guest teachers), this course creates systemic vision and understanding of the vast and multi-faceted science of Yoga. In short, you acquire heaps of structured knowledge and plenty of professional (read thoroughly-practiced and well-understood) skills, you stay with a bunch of like-minded people at a genuine ashram in the foothills of the Himalaya in a town of Rishikesh, which mass media call the world's capital of yoga. Along with all that, you get clear understanding of Yoga as a system (or, at least, start seeing your own blank spots in understanding the yogic system)! This intensive program WILL change your life (we use this extremely ambitious claim because it's what roughly 90% of our students say about this program.) Read full program description to see why we even dare to use such claims. And, if you’re looking for even more, check out our Intermediate-Advanced intensive program that has even more of yoga magic.
You'll be sharing a standard double or triple room at Kriya Yog Ashram with a roommate. The rooms are very large and clean. Each room has a private bathroom. Hot water is available 24/7. Indians call this type of accommodation "Luxury suites". You as a westerner may not feel same at the beginning, but – believe us! – you'll start appreciating your space after a week in India. Yeah…

Regular cost:$ 685
Comment on cost:
The minimum course fee does not include accomodation and food. This option is pretty time-consuming (since you reside outside the ashram) and we do not recommend it because the course schedule is really busy. Moreover we offer delicious and varied vegetarian meals to cater everyone's taste, a truly rare combination for an Indian province.
