Extended Level I Yoga Teacher Training Course with Certification (240 hours) in February and March 2016
Temperatures range from highs of 25ºC to lows of 10ºC (77ºF - 50ºF). The day can feel much warmer due to a strong sun and the evenings can feel much colder, especially while inside. We are in the foothills of the Himalayas, so weather can change quickly with occasional rain, lightening and thunder storms. These storms mostly last a few hours in the late afternoon but sometimes they can last for a day or two. Humidity is not an issue during this time of year but sometimes you may feel it after a rain storm. While choosing your clothes please remember layers. The daytime temperatures can change rapidly and its important to have something to cover yourself with, also you will most likely need a heavy jacket or coat when you go out at night. Lastly please bring comfortable and warm clothes to wear at the end of the day.
