I'm a newbie in yoga. Can I apply? Which course fits me best?
If you're a complete newbie in yoga, you'll probably best fit into our 14 days/28 days intensive yoga courses. These yoga intensives are designed for yoga beginners.
At our intensive yoga courses, we provide two 90-minutes training sessions daily, one optional 60-minites warm-up in the morning, a 60-minutes lecture before lunch and an hour-long asana workshop in the afternoon. On Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays we have meditation classes. Sunday is day-off. Altogether, you'll enjoy 39 hours of intensive yoga practice and some theory in a week. A two-weeks intensive course equals to 80 hours of practice whereas a month-long intensive equals to 160 hours.
In experience, one month of intensive yoga practice equals to 12 months (sic!) of regular visits to a yoga studio back home.
